We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help shape StarkWare’s growth and ecosystem. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships, identify and execute high-impact opportunities, and serve as a key ambassador for StarkWare across the Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership, as well as with founders, investors, and partners across the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships and business opportunities across the crypto, Web3, and broader technology ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, developers, ecosystem projects, venture capital firms, and enterprise partners.
  • Support and grow StarkWare’s ecosystem by working closely with founders and ecosystem teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to align partnerships and go-to-market efforts with StarkWare’s roadmap.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and initiatives.
  • Represent StarkWare at conferences, meetups, and industry events, strengthening our presence and thought leadership.
  • Stay on top of market trends, ecosystem dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, ecosystem, product, sales, or venture capital, ideally within crypto, Web3, or blockchain.
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto/Web3 ecosystem, including market structure, key players, and current trends.
  • Proven track record of executing complex projects and/or closing commercial or strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for crypto, Web3, and decentralized technologies.
