We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts in Defi / blockchain / gaming/ fintech industry. At this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

l Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

l Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, supervision and mentorship.

l Drive Titan’s brand image and positioning to effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.

l Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

l Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels for all Titan’s products and services, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public events, and public relations.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

l Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

l Help TTN get listed on top exchanges after being issued.

l Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

l Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.

l Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.

l Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

l Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably in blockchain or technology industry.

l In-depth knowledge of blockchain industry, including cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and smart contracts.

l Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

l Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

l Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
