About the role
Toku is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing company. This role is pivotal to the immediate super-growth of the company and will command exciting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is analytical, self-motivated, possesses great time management skills and is adept at producing documentation. This individual should be able to demonstrate expertise with data analysis using spreadsheets, and ideally should have a basic understanding of coding to facilitate basic request such as pulling data from APIs and scripting.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting various projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Office of the CEO to define and execute projects
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address roadblocks
  • Perform data analysis to derive value, insights and/or recommendations
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by monitoring progress, filling in gaps and communicating timely information to stakeholders
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items
  • Assist in the development of systems and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Produce documentation that will enable projects to scale up faster, and all stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years work experience
  • Must be in APAC region
  • Very strong aptitude for data analysis (particularly using Google Sheets)
  • Generalist skillset with high empathy / emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to excel in a truly dynamic environment where priorities and resources constantly shift
  • Experience or desire to work in early and hyper-growth startups
  • Experience or desire to learn to produce quality deliverables on tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm for systems design and an aptitude for strategic thinking

Nice to Have

  • Experience with no-code tools (i.e. Zapier)
  • Experience with Figma and Webflow
  • Experience with IT management
  • Basic coding skills, including the ability to write scripts and interact with APIs
