WeatherXM is building the world's largest, community-powered, web3-native weather network to provide accurate, hyperlocal weather services to consumers and businesses. We are looking for an Office & Accounting Operations Administrator to join our dedicated cross-functional team. Ultimately, you will work in a support role and should be able to perform daily operations, accounting and administrative tasks. We expect you to be a team player with great record-keeping abilities, have a desire to participate in a startup that is constantly changing and growing and be responsible for making some really cool stuff happen.


  • Record & file invoices & payments in the Compan'ys ERP
  • Overseeing general office operations
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with facilities vendors
  • Manage office shipments and deliveries (courier)
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Manage office general & administrative budget with timely reporting
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures
  • Company events planning and execution
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Partnering with HR and handling ad-hoc relevant issues


  • 2+ years of relevant work experience as an accounting assistant, operations facilitator, office administrator or similar role
  • BSc/Ba in finance, business administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an accounting assistant
  • Organizational skills
  • Hands on experience and problem solving skills
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge in spreadsheets, accounting software and typical office online tools like Google Business Suite
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Good strategic planning, problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (in English) in a professional setting

You get bonus points, if you have:

  • familiarity with accounting trial balances, general ledgers, financial statements etc
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Workable, Elorus, Woocommerce, Trello, Google Business Suite, Softone
  • Worked in a startup / scale-up before
