About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Tech Customer Support Agent to join our team. This critical role will be instrumental in providing top-tier support for our weather-related products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical support, a deep understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting, and a passion for leveraging innovative technologies to improve customer service.

Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer queries concerning software and hardware in a timely manner, on Zendesk (ticketing system)
    • Handling customer technical support cases through Discord (community management system)
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting by using internal tools to performing data analysis
    • Knowing when it’s time to ask for help from a subject matter expert and collaborating with all internal departments
    • Manage and contribute content in our Help Center portal
    • Work with our development teams to evolve the internal tools
    • Help in the development of automated tools such as bot agents
