This revolutionary framework has enabled keeping and computing directly on encrypted data in blockchains. To move further towards our vision, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building secure, scalable, and innovative platforms that leverage the latest in blockchain technology. This role requires an individual who can architect and deliver end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate frontend user experiences with robust backend systems.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in blockchain technology to join the Zama blockchain team to help support the growing number of Zama partners and the community. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of esteemed cryptographers, blockchain experts, and software engineers, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, fine-tuning, and ensuring the sustained excellence of Zama’s homomorphic blockchain solution, with a focus on developer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Set the benchmark and standards for Zama's customer support excellence.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, offering effective solutions and insights.
Develop and update relevant support documentation, FAQs, knowledge bases, etc. Make those documents a valuable source of information for customers and the community.
Organize Zama community support, create a structured and engaging environment to help members achieve their technical goals and convert them to Zama ambassadors.
Establish the process for troubleshooting that involves interaction with blockchain engineers and developers for escalation and complex issues.
Develop and maintain client onboarding materials, support with client tech onboarding and necessary training.
Keep the clients updated on the upcoming developments and launches.
Connect feedback on the desired features and functionalities from customers and community and convert this feedback into actionable points for the technical and product team.
Contribute to minor bug-fixes and feature additions to the code-base along with issue management and track with the core development team.
Improve the efficiency of Zama support through automation, monitor support performance and seek for optimization and efficiency.
