As Zama’s Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, marketing expertise, and a test-and-learn mindset to optimize growth initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Design and run rapid experiments to test different growth tactics.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Optimize conversion funnels and improve user experience.
Manage performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align growth initiatives.
Develop and execute viral and referral marketing strategies.
Utilize A/B testing, automation, and personalization to enhance engagement.
Stay up to date with growth hacking trends and best practices.
